Lucinda Loueze “Cindy” Smith of Danville died Saturday August 20, 2011 at Hendricks Regional Health. She was 66. Born Dec. 24, 1944, in Plainfield, she was a daughter of Oscar and Margaret Hadley. She married Frank Smith on Oct. 21, 1977, and he survives. Mrs. Smith was a Plainfield High School graduate and also graduated from Indiana Business College. She was a homemaker. Additional survivors include her son, Jeffrey Smith; a sister, Beth Jones; nieces and nephews Meg Vostal, Kent Jones, Lee Ann Robertson, and Trisha Gentry; and grandchildren Noah and Sophia Kraus. She was buried at Maple Hill Cemetery Chapel in Plainfield.
